Enough Light for Today is a newsletter for people walking by faith one day at a time.

It isn’t flashy faith, and it isn’t tidy. It doesn’t promise that trusting God makes the road smooth or the answers quick. It’s for the in-between places — the ordinary Tuesday, the long night, the slow season of becoming — where what you need isn’t the whole map, just enough light to take the next faithful step.

Most weeks, I send a short devotion, a poem, or a reflection on mercy, rest, and becoming. My aim is honesty over easy comfort: to name the difficulty without rushing past it, and to point, gently, toward hope.

I’m Tom Peckham. I write from the Charlotte, North Carolina area, where I try to keep a real Sabbath and practice the unhurried faith I write about.
